Church Banners            

When the church was refurbished in 2003, a set of seven banners was commissioned to represent the story of Creation. The banners were designed by Gail Lawther, a professional textile artist, and were made in the stained glass patchwork technique. Hung against the brick walls, the silk banners are both beautiful and inspiring. (A leaflet describing each banner in detail together with a set of post cards is available in the office.)
Members of the church then were set the task of making the banners. They were : Barbara Whitehouse , Patti Greet and Liz Lance
